Effective date: October 27, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of www.cancercelldx.com (the "Website"), operated by Cancer Cell Diagnostics, Inc. ("CCDx," "we," "us" or "our"), 555 Heritage Drive, Suite 114, Jupiter, FL 33458. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
1. About This Website
CCDx is a precision oncology company that operates a CLIA-certified laboratory in Jupiter, Florida. The Website provides general information about CCDx, its laboratory services, its CellSight™ platform and its research activities, including the Cancer DNA/RNA Exploratory Biospecimen Collection Study (the "Study").
These Terms apply to all visitors. Additional terms may apply to specific services, such as laboratory testing ordered by a healthcare provider or participation in the Study. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the specific terms control.
2. No Medical Advice
Content on the Website is for general information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace the judgment of a qualified healthcare provider. Always talk with your doctor about questions regarding a medical condition or treatment. Do not delay or disregard medical advice because of anything you read on the Website.
Using the Website or contacting CCDx does not create a patient-provider relationship.
If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use the Website, email or contact forms to report an emergency.
3. Research Study Information
The Study is reviewed and approved by Advarra Institutional Review Board (Advarra Protocol No. Pro04075939). Study information on the Website, in advertisements and on social media is a summary only.
- Submitting an application or interest form does not enroll you in the Study. The CCDx study team decides eligibility after reviewing your information.
- You join the Study only after you review and sign the IRB-approved informed consent form and HIPAA authorization. If the Website and the consent form differ, the consent form controls.
- Participation is voluntary. You may decline or withdraw at any time without penalty.
- Laboratory testing performed in the Study is investigational and for research purposes only. Individual research results are not returned to participants, and taking part does not change your medical care.
- Enrollment is limited and may close when the Study reaches its target number of participants. CCDx may change, pause or stop the Study at any time, subject to IRB requirements.
Questions about your rights as a research participant may be directed to the Advarra IRB Study Subject Adviser at 877-992-4724 or adviser@advarra.com, referencing Pro04075939.

Clinical testing requires an order from a licensed healthcare provider, and results are reported to the ordering provider.
Descriptions of the CellSight™ platform and its future applications on the Website are general information. They are not a guarantee of availability, performance or outcome. Clinical specimens and test results are handled under HIPAA and CCDx's Notice of Privacy Practices, not under these Terms.

This section does not limit any rights you have as a research participant under the Study's informed consent form or applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CCDx and its officers, employees and agents from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

12. Changes and General Terms
CCDx may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms take effect when posted, and the effective date at the top of this page will change. If a change is material, CCDx will post a notice on the Website before or when the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. CCDx's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and CCDx about your use of the Website.
