The Opportunity
Liquid biopsy is now standard practice in oncology, and nearly every test on the market reads the same source material: cell-free DNA fragments. Those fragments carry a fraction of the tumor's biology and depend on tumor fraction for sensitivity.
CCDx isolates whole circulating tumor cells. The DNA we sequence has a known tumor-cell origin, the cells can be counted, and the same preserved material can support RNA, protein and multiomic analysis as the test menu expands. One platform, one blood draw, a path from genomic profiling to a broader diagnostic franchise.
Why Now
Proof of Concept Established
Whole circulating tumor cells have been isolated from blood and sequenced across 517 genes, with SNV limit of detection of 5%, sensitivity above 99% and positive predictive value above 97%.
Proprietary Isolation
A patent-pending negative-selection method recovers intact tumor cells regardless of surface markers, the core asset behind every assay on the platform.
Platform Expansion
Preserved whole cells enable RNA, protein and functional assays from the same enrichment, extending the menu without new sample collection.

Leadership
CCDx is led by operators with experience building and running clinical laboratories at scale, including senior roles at NeoGenomics Laboratories and Quest Diagnostics. The team combines laboratory science, healthcare compliance, finance and commercial leadership, supported by a Board of Directors and a Medical and Scientific Affairs Committee of practicing oncologists and researchers.
